Holiday Tree - Christmas 2019

The Clubfoot Store is in it's 3rd Christmas season and we are thrilled to bring you our Holiday Tree. The Holiday Tree contains orgnaizations that help make the club foot journey easier.

This year our Co-Sponsor is C-ProDirect, who works every day to support medical professionals, parents and children affected by paediatric orthopaedic conditions of the lower limbs. C-ProDirect is the  powerhouse behind the ADM, the revolutionary, treatment-changing-device that is pushing the advancement of treatment methods and options available to clubfoot children. Not only do they work closely with UK and families from around the Workld, offering assistance wherever they can, this organization truly is one with a gold heart. They collect old braces and ship them across the world to improvised countries like the Philippines, Pakistan, Zimbabwe and Poland. If you're from the UK and looking for a way to give back this year, contact C-ProDirect to see how you can participate in their program.

Another one of The Clubfoot Store's favourite organizations is Clubfoot Solutions. Clubfoot Solutions is the organization spearheading the Iowa brace.

The Iowa Brace was developed at the University of Iowa as an extension of Dr. Ponseti’s egalitarian efforts to ensure that children across the world would have access to the best clubfoot brace, regardless of their economic or social circumstances. The combination of innovation and humanitarian considerations allow the Iowa Brace to be affordable for all families, everywhere.

Dr. Ponseti’s legacy lives on through Ponseti International Association and Clubfoot Solutions. The two organizations are working together to deliver the Ponseti Method to children everywhere, and hope that the Iowa Brace will finally realize Dr. Ponseti’s dream of a high quality clubfoot brace for every child born with this deformity.

New to Clubfoot Solutions this year is Dynamic Pay. Dynamic Pay allows you to earn cash back on everyday purchases. By using Dynamic Pay you don't have to spend anything additional in order to earn cash back, a portion of every purchase helps your organization of choice and we are hoping this year and every year after you will choose Clubfoot Solutions.

Clubfoot C.A.R.E.S. is a US-based, nonprofit advocacy group created by moms who have children with clubfoot. They work to promote public awareness of clubfoot and the Ponseti method of treatment, and to educate and empower patients and their families.

Clubfoot C.A.R.E.S. also operates the Clubfoot Boot Exchange USA who accepts donations of Ponseti Method Boots and Bars. (Currently only provide them to residents of the USA.)

B.R.A.C.E is another powerhouse run by clubfoot moms. B.R.A.C.E works to help families obtain braces in order to maintain the correction of clubfeet. Over the years, they have worked hard to improve the lives of those in need.  B.R.A.C.E recognizes the significant financial burden clubfoot treatment can place on a family and they work too remove those barriers to bracing. B.R.A.C.E  provides braces used in the Ponseti method of treatment for clubfoot to families with no cost to them. Braces are provided to families regardless of treating physician and without sharing personal information.

1 in 1000 is written by  Sonia Alcon about Jojo dreams of doing what other children do. But he can’t. His feet aren’t like everyone else’s.When Jojo is taken to the hospital and given some strange boots to wear, at first he’s scared, but help comes from unexpected places, and the boots are not quite what they seem…This is a heart-warming story about coping with difference and the extraordinary resourcefulness of a child’s mind.
